Very little oversight into day to day operations. Independence and flexible work hours is great. Co-workers are great and supportive.

Cons

No growth potential, compensation is not considered based off performance. No annual reviews or professional development. Top heavy management, too many chefs not enough cooks.

They will hire you for any of their lower end positions. Anyone can be a basic static guard, so apply away.

Cons

Does not understand military courses, schools, training, skillsets or capabilities so they will just throw you into an opening to fill a slot that you are overqualified for thus not making the overseas contracting to its fullest potential
