Poor management, many silos. Core few is never happy with any new hires--at some point, they must know the high level of turnover is their fault, right? Don't hold your breath for that to change. Do yourself a favor and seek work elsewhere.

They will hire you for any of their lower end positions. Anyone can be a basic static guard, so apply away.

Cons

Does not understand military courses, schools, training, skillsets or capabilities so they will just throw you into an opening to fill a slot that you are overqualified for thus not making the overseas contracting to its fullest potential
