Large team of recruiters all fishing from the same pool of candidates and management is eager to stress out recruiters who aren't hitting their numbers due to little fault of their own. They tout a team mentality but despite the team you're on doing well, they're all too ready to say you're on the chopping block if other members of the same team get to candidates first

They will hire you for any of their lower end positions. Anyone can be a basic static guard, so apply away.

Cons

Does not understand military courses, schools, training, skillsets or capabilities so they will just throw you into an opening to fill a slot that you are overqualified for thus not making the overseas contracting to its fullest potential
