Pros
None. Unless you want long hours and little pay. Faulty equipment. Trucks break down. No AC. They will work you like a slave. No raises they just like to blow smoke up your butt.
Cons
DONT DO IT! I was a supervisor for 5 years. Most of the positive reviews on here ,are from people who are managers or higher up . Management lies to get people in. You always have to look over your shoulder because they want to fire people for lower wage workers. If they promise something don't believe it. There are plenty of jobs that are willing to pay better and will respect hard working people this company ain't it.
