Gardant Management Solutions, while they claim to have values important to delivering good elder health care, have very weak values in terms of integrity. This company is all about money in terms of geriatric health care. I went above and beyond in my position at The Sanctuary at West Saint Paul, MN Gardant Managed location. However, when I spoke up for what I saw in the way of lazy and unhelpful treatment of residents within my prior facility, I was "suspended" without any notice and later accused of being fired for violating one of the company's policies, which was not true at all but was said because of the lack of respect for the employees who work the hardest to actually maintain the facility, as well as their willingness to lie in order to save themselves from having to pay me unemployment insurance and face that small penalty that they deserved. This place is not what it may seem. Please choose carefully when picking a place for your mom.
