Position is great for CNAs who have multiple years of experience & have multiple amounts of skills related to the job, as with anywhere some residents are extremely nice

Cons

Again as with anywhere some residents have a so-so attitude & some are just plain rude, tardiness is a chronic issue, and there are a lot of employees who are backstabbing & two-faced, and there's a lot of favoritism toward some employees. A lot of employees get hired simply because of nepotism.
