The students and some teachers are the heart of the school.

Nearly all admins lack professionalism and have insufficient skills in managing and organizing school related programs and initiatives. The school’s functioning depends heavily on teachers who are expected to volunteer their time and effort beyond their duties despite low salaries. Favoritism. Extremely low and inequitable salary without a transparent pay structure. Underpaid teachers, overcompensated admins, and pressure tactics to force teachers into signing unreasonable contract.
