Pros

They actually practice what they preach. They have company values and goals and actually work to embody and achieve them. The CEO actually cares about his employees. I interact with him often and feel engaged in the company. Great pay and benefits. Fun people. Flexible work from home/in the office.

Cons

Inclusion and diversity needs improvement, which they are aware of and actively working on. I personally don't like the open office concept. I don't want cubicles but just a small/short dividing wall for some privacy would be nice.

Pros

Culture that genuinely lives its core values, not just says they do Leadership that is approachable, transparent, and people-focused Strong emphasis on relationships, not just projects Opportunities for professional growth and development, with mentorship and support along the way A fun atmosphere with events like going to the State Fair together every year, celebrations, and thoughtful touches that make you feel appreciated. This team does not cheap out when it comes to their team!!!

Cons

Fast-paced and high expectations and can feel overwhelming if you’re not comfortable juggling multiple priorities Structure is EOS-led and decentralized, which means self-starters thrive but others may find it less defined Rapid growth sometimes means processes are still evolving Still growing into a new org chart

Pros

It is people-focused, caring, supportive, and challenging. There is room to contribute ideas and own them/drive them forward. Owners and leaders are approachable, down-to-earth people. The company desires to create positive experiences for clients and partners.

Cons

The company is focused on learning, connecting, customer service, seeing things from all perspectives, and changing/growing. It is people-focused in every aspect, which can be personally demanding when you want to put your head down and work. Expect to interact with people often and be adaptive in your workflow.
