Starts you off with good pay, you might get over time over the duration of the week as well as possible Sunday over time

Cons

Poor managerial skill set, don't even know who the manger is. Never got acknowledge of who he is. Problems rose up and never got resolved. Revolving door. Get written up for no apparent reason, walking on egg shells.

Great people, factory supervisors and managers are easy to work with. Getting the job done correctly and safety the first time is their main focus.

Cons

HR Manager is a wild card. She speaks down to everyone and is so inconsistent. She talks constantly but says nothing.
