Flexibility is very good. Have had zero problems WFH when needed, leaving early for family appts or coming in late. Lots of family friendly activities like bring your kid to work day, outings, etc.

Not the easiest work. You need to be a true professional to hold your own here.

Don’t pay as competitively. Not the same perks as working at the main HQ building.
