1. Workload and relaxed working atmosphere

1. Slow decision making. 2. Too many old managers (dinosaurs) with narrow views, incapable of understanding today's trends or practices but desperate to have a word. 3. Everyone runs from decisions that keep things going. 4. Too many that come to work just to cash their paycheck. 5. A lot of "seniors" that are very far from seniors rank in knowledge and skill. 6. Too much time spent on useless meetings. 7. Small people that bring value are ignored just to make room for big people that bring nothing but words. 8. People that do nothing all day don't seem to alarm anyone (including supervisor) , looks like a clan or family where once entered you cannot leave no matter your performance. Just bad. 9. Very few perfectionists , most if not all bow to the mighty "If it works" logic. That is why most Garmin products are average but not exceptional.
