Their PTO policy is not competitive with other companies, same with their holidays. You only get 3 weeks of PTO which includes sick time. So if you get sick at all- pretty much you lose your PTO quickly. They are not flexible about remote work. Lots of companies do a week off of PTO at Christmas, it would be nice to see Garmin do this or anything to make the lives of their employees better.
