Job security with benefits , Quarterly bonus $, Awesome friendly Co workers, Paid every week.
Cons
No training at all, they just throw you in and expect you to figure it out, No days off , continuous work Starting to get burned out . I'm already looking for another job, No days on and days off schedule. And some times we have to another 30 min to an hour off the clock with out pay to refuel generators or put up fence's.
