Management lies constantly. they tell new hires what they want to hear then once in the field they are upset cause of all the empty promises worked like dogs guy in charge of atl already ran 1 business under and now working on the ATL division. Stay away life is much more happier without garney. They will brain wash u with the esop. How about with all the extra money get better insurance and pay better. No respect from management. hourly guys are looked at as pheasants the hourly guys are the back bone behind that profit. But u will never convince the management of that. Do ur self a favor and keep looking. Horrible company
