Pros
The benefits. There's definitely good people who work there. CEO is a normal guy who understands his employees. They build good stuff.
Cons
Management is garbage. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Everyone has a hand in hand say into what other departments are doing. Letting employees go without notice. Massive turnover rate and I do mean massive. Underpaid and overworked with the excuse being "well look at your benefits". Benefits don't pay bills. You are only as good as your last bit of work, everything else is a mute point to them. A lot of people in leadership roles are only there because they kissed the right faces along the way up or someone's father knew someone's father so they got a management job. The lack of direction when it comes to a corporate aspect is visibly noticeable if you just spend more than a day there. Upward growth is non existant unless you are willing to absolutely go through the ringer. Diversity??? LOL. Not a thing here. You don't get a turnover rate that high without having some serious issues as an organization. I promise there is better construction companies to work at. Definitely better recruiting opportunities.
