      I've worked at Garney for several years and I am a proud employee-owner! Garney's benefits are great and rivaled by few. The company's culture is centered around its 100% employee ownership - it's a very team-oriented environment.

      You often work harder and longer than other companies, but are rewarded with employee ownership.

      Amazing team culture. ESOP is fantastic, benefits are great, upper leadership truly cares about each and every employee-owner. PTO is fair too.

      Great people, benefits, culture, and pay

      Cons

      Long hours at times, but you get overtime as an intern, so it was very nice on that end. Would be different as a salary position, so keep that in mind if you do a full time offer after school
