      As an ESOP, Garney provides a tremendous opportunity to work hard, and earn a VERY comfortable retirement, before any social security or 401K savings. Great people, great culture

      Cons

      The biggest negative is it took me so lokng to find out about Garney and come to work with these fantastic people. Top notch organization

      Amazing team culture. ESOP is fantastic, benefits are great, upper leadership truly cares about each and every employee-owner. PTO is fair too.

      Great people, benefits, culture, and pay

      Cons

      Long hours at times, but you get overtime as an intern, so it was very nice on that end. Would be different as a salary position, so keep that in mind if you do a full time offer after school
