Pros

Low quotas that are adjusted for economic times Pleasant coworkers

Cons

Intense micromanagement consisting of manual activity trackers and scripts. Not allowed to send follow-up emails to clients or even internal prep emails without it being reviewed and approved by a manager. Leadership does not want feedback unless it's positive. Old school tech stack with no desire to learn more effective tools. Denial that AI is a real threat to their business model. If you're a tenured sales rep, do not take a job here. Their approach is geared towards newer in their career sales individuals that will do exactly what leadership wants them to - specific scripts, slides, and no room for feedback in the approach.

Pros

Totally remote and the hours that you work can be flexible. The other designers are very friendly and willing to help you out when solving problems. The company provides you with equipment to work with. They also forbid the use of AI in their presentations with is extremely respectable.

Cons

You are paid based on billable hours. Management is strict about how much time you spend on each project, but you also have to make sure to meet a quota of billable hours each week. It can be hard to find a balance and the time counting down while working is stressful.
