Pros
- Great group of people to work with mostly - Decent benefits - Annual targets - you can hit close to your target if you get one or two decent sized deals in the year and have renewed your accounts
Cons
- Senior leadership won’t even look at you unless you’re at the top of the leaderboard - Your success is reliant on the book of business you get given and how well the previous account executive did their job to keep the customer happy - Prospect list is small so the best fit accounts have been through multiple sales cycles every year sometimes multiple times a year but with a different account executive - Not a product/service that is a need especially in today’s economy and with AI around
