Company: - will the growth be infinite? are Gartner's services and market approach still optimal in 2012? - every year growth targets get bigger -employee turnover in some departments Job: - every year growth targets get bigger, client retention is only stable at best. - base and OTE salary are below average - lots of growth leads to lots of promotions. because of this, some of them are questionable - disparity in territory & quotas between teams and sales people within the same team. no fixed rule, it comes down to the Area Manager's preference
