Cons
The lack of a real CRM system stifles productivity and makes everything infinitely harder than it should be. Internal processes can be difficult to navigate and it seems you always end up emailing random distro lists that it takes forever for people to check. If "they" do respond, it is always some "other" team's responsibility to actually fix the issue. There is very little investment in marketing capabilities for any program outside of IT. Outbound sales efforts are taking more time & becoming less effective as senior executives get inundated with sales outreach. Career path into Management is difficult to navigate if you can't relocate
