Cons
1. Conservative employees, no discussions. 2. People behave like machine. They will go to office, start working, no one has time to discuss something. If you want to say something to an employee you will think that you have created a big mistake. 3. Hierarchy is there. Everyone is afraid of director. He is the real 'Papa' in the company. He can fire you can hire a candidate. Means there should be good relationship with them else you can be fired. 4. They force employee to attend some meeting. No celebration from company. They will collect money from employee and will use them for party. No party from the company. 5. cubicle kind of seating. High work pressure
