Pros
- Structured, you know exactly what is expected of you and what you should do to succeed (everything is measured and KPI-ed to perfect) - Work environment and culture is young and dynamic and very international - Lots of opportunities to advance your career and move around the business - Good pay and perks (vitality health insurance, gym in office...)
Cons
- Very little flexibility in working remotely, or even to visit clients (which is very unfortunate since the CSM roles are heavily client facing) - Because everything is measured and metered the role very quickly becomes about quantity rather than quality (how many calls and clicks to engage clients rather than whether the CSM are actually delivery value to clients) - Very siloed task force can quickly become boring and repetitive - Locations is very bad, not only is it in the suburbs and outside of London but it is a 30 minute walk from station, so transport becomes extremely limited and expensive
