Pros

HRA - very process driven (can be a pro or con), use of Workday for tasks, receive reference and visa letters through HR Inbox. Collaborate across EMEA, America and APAC. Good working environment, culture is developing positively. Benefits and pay are very good, Vitality private health (includes tons of benefits), dental insurance, good maternity pay, pension is double up to 8%, 2 cafes on site, gym for free at Egham. London office now offers virtual yoga and facilitates a lunch running club. Charity Match - will match whatever you donate to charities of your choosing

Cons

Progression is unfortunately rigid and strict to be in seat for typically 2 years before promotion. Company is centered only around sales and money - corporate functions do not benefit from paid Christmas parties, summer parties, team building days, information is very top down.. you are 'told' information from team in America, same for HRP's. I wish they did more to help society, don't give enough budget for this. These activities are only associate driven.

Pros

Totally remote and the hours that you work can be flexible. The other designers are very friendly and willing to help you out when solving problems. The company provides you with equipment to work with. They also forbid the use of AI in their presentations with is extremely respectable.

Cons

You are paid based on billable hours. Management is strict about how much time you spend on each project, but you also have to make sure to meet a quota of billable hours each week. It can be hard to find a balance and the time counting down while working is stressful.
