Pros

You'll learn a lot about technology. Exposure to different industries. Business acumen. Speaking with VP and C-level. The sales process they teach is decent.

Cons

The midsize enterprise (SMB) channel has no integrity. Gartner will take money out of your pocket with no warning (wild right) and then act like nothing happened. If you're making them money, you can easily get away doing almost anything illegal and unethical (it's actually encouraged) & management will be the first to turn a blind eye - you'll probably get promoted and recognized for doing it! They know you're expendable so no one really cares about your personal/ career development. They hire children into management who have no track record of success (entertaining at how bad it is). The "product" is typically never a value-added solution, does not have an ROI, and as sales people you are given absolutely no tools except Outlook and Excel, so good luck. The management (minus a few) have absolutely no idea what's going on and will place the blame anywhere but themselves. Stay away from this company or at least the midsize channel.

Pros

Culture & Team collaboration, Benefits, PTO Policy

Cons

Probably the biggest con is our data management systems, something they're working on but needs improvement

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
