Pros

The mission to sales is very clear, and each sales has some existing CV accounts. So usually you only need to do 1-2 more new deals to achieve quota IF you renew all existing accounts. Sales target is challenging but possible to achieve

Cons

Product portfolio is rather simple, and service team capability depends. So very likely that sales need to take up the service delivery job as well in order to secure renewal

Pros

Totally remote and the hours that you work can be flexible. The other designers are very friendly and willing to help you out when solving problems. The company provides you with equipment to work with. They also forbid the use of AI in their presentations with is extremely respectable.

Cons

You are paid based on billable hours. Management is strict about how much time you spend on each project, but you also have to make sure to meet a quota of billable hours each week. It can be hard to find a balance and the time counting down while working is stressful.
