Pros
Good starter job, looks good in the resume, decent money out of college, good introduction to the business world for the recent grad. Great place to work if you really like working in a cubicle.
Cons
Specific to the Fort Myers office: talented sales reps are given harder jobs because they will fail less than an underperformer. This limits upward mobility because you're not replaceable. The smart sales reps eventually move on to better things after gaining some experience while the mediocre reps eventually move into management. Not great work/ life balance. To potential hires: work hard, do well, but plan to move on after time because when you do too well they'll have to pay too much... And in Fort Myers which is a source of cheap labor, this is a no-no.
