Pros
Decent 401K match that's about it. Cafeteria is good though it by no means is subsidized as advertised.
Cons
In Finance/Accounting you are considered over head and not worth anything. You are treated like the plague. Internal promotions are only given to those in the 'in' crowd and postings that would give you a promotion are hired externally. If you don't kiss up then you aren't going anywhere. Raises are so pitiful you make less each year when the insurance increases. Since a few new companies have come to the area people are fleeing like there's a fire.
