Pros
Very well run market leader. Executives have made excellent strategic moves to build a unique organization with global reach. Great culture. People are very supportive of each other. Lots of collaboration opportunities and you can accrete a crazy amount knowledge - too much at times. Opportunities to move around and start to define your career - after a few years and demonstrating that you've got the talent, drive and can deliver. Strong client focus. Strong financial performance translates to real bonuses, not paper promises that don't get fulfilled.
Cons
Very metrics driven. Some managers hide behind spreadsheets and don't really add much value. Occasionally, leadership goes overboard with numbers and loses the personal touch. Also, can be a bit stodgy for advancement and stingy on raises - until you get bumped up a level. This translates to great financial performance, but you need to be patient and take the long view for career advancement and wealth-building. Not a good place if you want to put your career in hyper-drive, blow everyone's minds with how great you are and then sell out to the highest bidder. Go work for a software vendor if you're all about the money. Work for Gartner if you want to build a career and are okay working within salary bands.
