Pros

Company hasn't gone through any layoffs Good perks Remote/hybrid (nearly full remote depends on your team)

Cons

Tend to hire experienced talents for entry level roles They know you would die to get a job at Gartner - manipulated - offer below market rate They want you to follow exactly what they tell you to do - inflexible work culture Favouritism, politics, curve turnover etc - people tend to leave within 3-6 months time Pay raise per promotion is so low = 10-15%

Pros

Totally remote and the hours that you work can be flexible. The other designers are very friendly and willing to help you out when solving problems. The company provides you with equipment to work with. They also forbid the use of AI in their presentations with is extremely respectable.

Cons

You are paid based on billable hours. Management is strict about how much time you spend on each project, but you also have to make sure to meet a quota of billable hours each week. It can be hard to find a balance and the time counting down while working is stressful.
