Pros
The company is very well connected. Garver has annual company events where you can meet people from other offices. I've made several friends across the states this way and I've only been here a year. The company is growing a lot, so there's a lot to learn here, and a lot of opportunity to grow.
Cons
Lunch and learns rub me the wrong way. They have them pretty regularly here and they're essentially spending your unpaid lunch break getting job training. Personally, I prefer to spend my lunch breaks not listening to presentations or lessons about work. They're not necessarily required, but attendance is strongly suggested. I've received a lot of weird pushback about working from home even part of the time even though the job can easily be done 100% from home. Though, this may be an office specific attitude.
