Pros
There is usually always work to do and plenty of opportunity for overtime that pays well. After probation period is over you are entitled to benefits, it is a very friendly and welcoming place to work.
Cons
Do not have very flexible hours for starting times, make and pack department is a very cold place to work. It is a very fast paced environment and depending on the day and where people are needed you will be expected to learn new skills and tasks quickly.
