Leadership is disengaged from the heart of Gateway's story and the gap between senior level management act as if they are living on a island. Upward mobility is no longer available as the company continues to reduce staff. The efforts made to reconnect with the customer and provide the best in the business service levels are now gone. Shut down by new management.
