Cunning deceitful startup - Lead Engineer Gatik AI Employee Review

All the core engineers who built the core autonomy stack have left the company. Browsing the LinkedIn directory of the company shows you that all current engineers are new college grads or interns who have no history of delivering an autonomy stack. Management is clueless and they prefer to hire interns as they don’t question their lack of depth. Founders flaunt their CMU credentials but unlike well qualified founders at companies like Aurora, waymo etc, they lack any major publications/thesis in the AV field. Their limited understanding of Av’s come from the open source AV stack which is publicly available. They are known to disrespect and humiliate senior engineers publicly in meetings to fulfill their agenda. The founders are totally inept when it come to people management, which is why you you see so many interns and new grads working with little to no direction. There is no actual IP, as it all stems from open source.
