- Clear vision - Very high expectations and the support required to execute successfully - Knowledgeable and passionate leadership and colleagues - Reasonably flat structure -- good ideas can be directly communicated across roles and departments, and tend to float to the top

Cons

- Flat structure means a high degree of personal autonomy -- usually a positive, but with the amount of opportunities can mean long work days - Covid restricted travel, making connecting to other sites/offices harder
