Pros
Good senior management, great people. Really separate them from the csuite. They magically attracted good directors and vps. These guys are doing their best to make this a functional company. If it was not for them half of the company would leave tomorrow.
Cons
The ceo, cto and the chief scientist have no business managing people. Forget autonomy. You will be controlled. You will be asked to comply. If you disagree you will be convinced you are wrong. They will tell you need to work harder. we are falling behind. They will not recognize understaffed. People enjoyed the last couple of months. we got real work done. no recognition from C suite. we are back to micromanagement. The experience wholly depends on who your supervisor is. Stay clear of Cs, you will be fine.
