Pros

Working on really exciting technology in a cutting-edge space. Managers (specifically excluding C-suite) are fantastic and drive the company forward.

Cons

Completely understaffed and unrealistic deadlines. My team and others are constantly having to rush work and deliver sub-optimal software in order to meet deadlines. Hiring freezing and downsizing for teams that desperately need additional members. Not a great work environment, social gatherings are frowned upon. Not a fun place to work. The CEO and COO only care about marketing the company to secure more funding rather than building a world-class product.
