Enjoying my time here at Gatik. The teams are smart and collaborate well. There's a lot of opportunities to own projects and grow. The way company is scaling autonomous operations feels thoughtful - making real and sustainable progress. Leadership being open and transparent is refreshing and you always know where things are headed.

Cons

It can be pretty fast paced, might get intense during crunch times but breaks are encouraged by managers as well
