      Depending on the job you get, you may not have much room to grow into a bigger role. If you are ok with that it's a great place to work.

      Pros

      Most production staff were nice and happy to answer questions and help you learn, even outside my department. The quality department was a chill place to work but it gets dull quickly.

      Cons

      Lax practices in quality and there seemed to be a lack of care among the engineers. Pay wasn't amazing and I should have asked for more at the interview.
