      They sometime have lunches for the employees, but it's just a show.

      Cons

      Management what management. The owners are engineers and put on a facade to there customers. They go by hearsay and do not value your opinion on improvement.

      Pros

      Most production staff were nice and happy to answer questions and help you learn, even outside my department. The quality department was a chill place to work but it gets dull quickly.

      Cons

      Lax practices in quality and there seemed to be a lack of care among the engineers. Pay wasn't amazing and I should have asked for more at the interview.
