Unfortunately, there are very little if any positives about the culture or environment within Gauthier
Cons
Gauthier has systemic and deep-rooted issues that have gone either unnoticed by upper management or just generally ignored due to lack of oversight by the upper management (owners). The company is plagued by lack of communication, little to no work life balance and little to no opportunities for growth within the company. Individuals are overworked and are not compensated fairly for the time that they put in and the dedication they have to the company. HR offers little help when trying to address issues within the company and their response is typically "we will look at it" but then no resolution to the problem is offered. Managers tend to be overly aggressive and confrontational. The company's reaction to COVID really shone a light on the environment. There was little flexibility and very little concern for others during this time period. The list could go on; however, I feel this paints an accurate portrayal of the culture and environment within Gauthier.
