Pros
The company has been making progress over the last few years to communicate with employees better and to be consistent with how things are handled from one area to another. They've added the ability to work from home a couple days a year and 2 hours a year can be spent for volunteering opportunities. They also recently requested input from employees on cost savings initiatives so it seems as if they're trying to listen to employees more. There is still a long way to go, but things are getting better.
Cons
There was a big layoff earlier this year that wasn't well communicated and many people are jumping ship because they don't feel secure in their positions. There is also a lack of career paths and opportunities to move up in the company, especially for women and working mothers in particular.
