Pros
Pays well, decent benefits, and great PTO policy, open office environment, located close to all the downtown restaurants, in-house gym with showers. Great for runners and busy fitness enthusiasts
Cons
Poor tolerance for tele-commuting. Some I.T. applications are in sore need of updating or converting to more manageable new technologies. ERP system was written 30+ years ago and is full of bandaid fixes, poorly designed.
