Opportunities to grow and get promoted, freedom of trade if you can produce. Management has its employees backs and will go to bat for you and your goals.
Cons
Vertical integration, it seems like upper management wants to reign in the traders on the ground and manage from the top down. Boots on the ground are essential and hopefully management will recognize retaining country employees is necessary to run a grain business.
