Cons
Upper management doesn't care to keep their dedicated employes. Those that work hard and go above and beyond are not treated fairly. Those that don't work as hard as they should are promoted sometimes with no experience. You must be in the so called "group" in order to get recognized for your hard work and dedication. The last couple of years have really been an experience with a lot of employees looking for another job.
