Pros
Job had decent pay, hiring process and interview went smoothly. Some coworkers legitimately cared about getting work done and helping others out when they needed it.
Cons
Lots of two-faced people that have zero problem throwing someone under the bus in order to advance their own career. When you work hard, you're "rewarded" with more work while the slackers get by doing the bare minimum and browsing the web or listening to music. Several former coworkers routinely took 2+ hour lunch breaks, came in late and left early, or would disappear without a trace. Management didn't do anything about it even when they witnessed it first-hand. Saw several employees in various departments get burned out and quit without notice, and the company had no other people trained to take over the vacant positions. Witnessed employees threatened with written warnings or termination when they expressed displeasure at others on their team and other teams not pulling their weight.
