A company in transition - Accounting/Finance Department Gavilon Employee Review

The company was purchased in 2022 and the transition is not going smoothly. There has been a lot of turnover in upper management, including in the C suite. Those difficulties have filtered down to everyone and has made it harder to do one's daily work. There is little to no communication about the direction of the company which causes many departments to worry about their job security. PS. It looks like Glassdoor says the CEO is Greg Heckman. It is not. It is a man named Rayner Freyberg.
