Pros

I really appreciate the leadership and communication of the company. I love everyone I work with and have a good amount of trust in the executive team to make good decisions on behalf of the health of the business and its people. Employees are really valued here.

Cons

Salary is lower than others, but this company chooses to pay conservatively in favor of not risking layoffs. It's a healthy trade in job security from my opinion, not a bad con.
