Pros
Good place to get tech & sales experience. You get to become familiar with a wide range of products and software. Coworkers are very friendly
Cons
Not a place for expansion or moving up. Lack of hours. The higher positions are filled with people that have been there forever. If you think you're ever going to become one of those guys that drive the little cars around forget it. There's a line half a mile long in geek squad already for those positions. They're trying to treat IT as a retail job and it doesn't work. Pay is fairly crappy for the work. You can easily get paid double what they pay you at geek squad at a start up company that needs a all around no education required entry computer/IT guy. They might say you need education but if you're good at what you do you can talk yourself into any job.
