Pros
-great colleagues, for the most part -can be very rewarding with satisfied customers -a lot of resources for learning how to solve issues (e.g. fellow Geek Squad employees in-store and out-of-store, Geek Squad online forum, management, etc.)
Cons
-since it's retail, it is very difficult to get time off when you need it -not a lot of praise given for going out of your way to do unexpected things -expected protocol not always the best, but I hear they've been improving on this -dealing with the "service center" can be frustrating sometimes
